Bought it as spares or repair...non working. To cut a very long story short I found that one of the mosgets in the controller was blown. There was a capacitor which was loose from presumably a manufacturing fault. This loose capacitor had probably been the reason that the mosfet transistor had blown.
During the time it was faulty, the battery had discharged so much that two of the battery cells were taken into deep discharge, damaged and needed replacing. This is when it was discovered that the manufacturer had fitted a 5.2ah battery pack instead of a 10.4ah pack which it was supposed to have! Naughty naughty! Presumably not a fault of Iconbit, but a sneaky cheat by the Chinese company that made the scooters for Iconbit.
Anyway, it's quite a well made scooter apart from the quality issue with the controller unit.
