This is a brand new Bugaboo Bee Maxi Cosi car seat adapter. This adapter will allow you to fit a Maxi-Cosi baby car seat on to the Bugaboo Bee chassis. These adapters are for the original (oldest) model Bee pushchair, the one with the solid white wheels. This is the only model they will fit. Brand new unused. As in the photos these have been kicking around for years so may show some sing of that.
