Claiafication of Instructions
Instructions for settings state "press" in booklet when it should state "very lightly tap or touch".. Booklet states "Press SET" when it is labeled "SEL", thus confusing. In effect, SEL is the SET control. Time duration for specific item and at temperature setting given takes longer to insure all moisture gone for specific item on trays inside dehydrator. If directions followed, will stick together for certain items (Ex: Bananas) and probably mold will occur if stored. Followed temperature setting for specific item, but increased time stated inside dehydrator, It would have saved a lot of time if a diagram of control settings were enclosed given location/what is what when unit shipped instead of trying to figure it out myself.
