Professionally packaged, arrived one day earlier. As a matter of facts, I'm writing with this new keyboard right now. Replacing the keyboard is a delicate and lengthy process. Being brand new, it comes with self-adhesive electronic connections that are protected with a plastic tape that must be removed.

Perfect & easy to fit
Fortunately Dell make their Service Manuals available online so I simply followed the manual to swap out the beer covered keyboard from my son's XPS 13. It is a fiddly job and the keyboard itself is secured by 30 screws, but with a good set of tiny screwdrivers it wasn't too difficult.
