Dont do any lifting without your belt on.
This is the 2nd Titanium belt I have had. Ive had my other one over 20 years. They are marvellous when gardening or doing heavy lifting or for when you have strained a muscle in your back. The velcro after 20 years get a bit fluffed up. Hence the n3ed for a new one.
