Received the cat box in a timely manner and couldn't wait to see it work
It didn't. The plastic cogs that move the rakes jammed immediately. I continued to check that the litter might be causing it, but found the plastic railing the cogs ran on must be defective. Auto Kitty Litter
Ok it’s been a few weeks and now CALI is lovin her litter box and I love to NOT. HAVE TO SMELL HER BOO BOO , I’d say on the next model they should make the scraping fingers a lot little tighter to get the smaller finer pieces of STUFF and maybe add some strength to the motor so it can push a little stronger through the litter and litter at very bottom of box and just alittle larger Dump Holding Container. Pay attention to weight limitation
I think it's a great product. You definitely need to stick to the weight limitation of the cats. Both of my cats are more than 20 lbs. I really could not imagine why weight made a difference. I guess the bigger the cat the more they pee. You use less litter than a traditional box. The litter sticks to the bottom and the motor bogs down. Not good at all
Thought this would be beneficial but it wasn't. The cat gets litter all around the entrance of the pan everytime she exits, and the noise it makes freaks her out, and she stares at it, then chases it. In other words, this box may entertain the cats, but it's not a good box, because it's very messy, and you have to constantly be cleaning the take because it gets caked with feces. Not a good buy at all. I ended up selling this online, and using my old enclosed litter box to prevent litter from spreading allover the floor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to Assemble
My cat took to it right away. I gave it 3 stars because I found a big lump in it on the 5th day and the cat had used the floor instead of the box but nevertheless it is a lot cleaner even if you have to rake up the poop and drop it in the container. Now I just check it every day. It could be the litter I am using, but I still like it better than the old one I had to clean every day. No more litter box odors
As advertised this thing works like a champ. There is still some manual scooping as the rake only picks up about 90% of your cats treats, but wow what a difference this makes. We have 2 cats and empty the container about twice a week. The box was damaged and the motor and rake wheren't working right
When I got it. Its wasn't working right at all. The motor was making a lot of noise. The rank wasn't working right. The rake would stop half way. Each time to would rake the motor would make a lot of noise. With the motor and rake would make all the noise from the first day I got it. The box was damaged when I got it.
