Great robustly housed hard drives
I've been using these Transcend Storejets as my preferred drives for a number of years now, and they are both robustly housed and reliable, so what more do you want from a portable HDD?.

Fast and quiet
The drive is working well, quiet and efficient. The on/off switch is confusing because the light ring surrounding it, do not switch off. We'll have to see how reliable the drive will turn out to be in the long run. For the moment it seems to be working as for the specs. Works well in Linux (my OS has Kernel Version: 5.4.0-65-generic)

Compact and efficient
Already have a 4TB Transcend external drive, so this was an automatic choice, particularly in view of price. Depending on your operating system, it has to be configured accordingly, but otherwise, easy to use.

Great value for money
I have not have this product for a long time, but im happy with it so far: it is very sturdy, compact and fast! And plenty of space as well, I have two transcend external hdd and they have been working amazingly for more than a year.
