Sova solved my problem
I have tried different mouth guard products, and they fall out while I am asleep. As a last resort I tried this sova aero one and it fitted great. I found after a week that my teeth ached, so I boiled up some water, and reshaped it until it was comfortable. Best thing I ever bought, and I got it for a decent price. Very grateful I was able to get this, as at 72 I have lost two teeth due to grinding them in my sleep.

Poor sad to say.
This is very sparse as it barely covers my teeth and no matter how I tried I could not make it grip therefore it slips down. I bought this to stop myself grinding my teeth and I have used it on my bottom teeth which seems to make it work in a fashion, but I would not recommend it.
