Lost a large amount of valuable data
First day worked fine as expected Loaded 1.5 TB of data Took all day Next day would not work on any of three different computers and makes Spent 1.5 t0 2 hours with W.D. support to reformate LOST ALL DATA A total waste of time and lost of data which took a lot of time to generate IT took months to make that DATA W. Not New, Came with Suprises
HD is not new like mentioned this box has been opened before, came with extra unknown 250gb in box, tried connecting to 2 different computers and 10TB HD never found. Loose parts inside HD as well, not sure what it is. Signs of scratches on HD and sticker residue.
