Safer than a kettle!
5* Product, making tea and coffee is so easy and so quick now, just perfect when you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, no heavy kettles to burn yourself with, my hubby fills it up every morning using a couple of 2 litre plastic jugs and it supplies us both for most of the day, requiring topping up once a day, only then if we’ve had a lot of drinks.

Great wee urn
No more waiting in the kettle to boil. Always ready to go (once it's ready for the day) Takes a while to heat up. I still use a kettle for first cuppa I recommend this product. Easy to use. And if you remove the drip tray, it can take a huge mug .

Even though it’s a good product I think it’s quite a bit overpriced because I have been looking around and found quite a few other’s which were just as good and from even better at a much lower price if you would review your pricing structure I think you would do A lot better business Cheers mike.
