Doesn’t do what I bought it for
Spent a long time on the internet searching for a CD player which could play mp3 cds. This was a positive but I phoned Roberts to check and got a definite YES. I had bought a set of Roald Dahl mp3 cds for my 7 year old grandsons Christmas present and this was to accompany them. Tried it out today before wrapping it and it does not play them - shows error sign every time. Plays regular cds no bother.

Good value for your money.
I bought it to have a DAB/FM radio/CD player in the kitchen. As such it has proved ideal. Obviously it hasn't got the sound quality to be your main sound experience, but the it wasn't bought with that in mind. I attach a pair of better speakers to the headphone socket, and everything is fine. It is easy to use, and the color blends in perfectly with our kitchen. Good value for your money!

Beautiful looking machine.
This machine does exactly what we bought it for. It sits easily on the conservatory coffee table and the controls are very easy to navigate. The sound quality not quite as good as I'd expected when turned up loud, but I am comparing it with our mini stack system so maybe I'm not being quite fair. Overall a good buy, we bought it for £70 as new in damaged box so no complaints.

Good sound and build quality. Plenty of options for input including SD card ' USB and stereoi ack. Nice dab radio and good price. It is not a big radio so it fits easily into domestic situations. The only thing it lacks is a remote control.
