Excellent coconut milk.
This coconut milk is without additives and is brilliant for making coconut milk kefir. The kefir grains love it, and as it is quite concentrated I dilute it 50/50 with filtered water. I do however struggle with the amount of packaging, and only continue to use it as I am able to recycle tetra packs locally.
