Worst tool i've ever purchased.
Well where to begin with this saw? Probably by saying "Dont buy it" Brush holder melted on my old makita so i decided to buy a new one. After buying the hikoki battery nail guns which i have to say are awesome, I decided to go for the same brand to save having multiple battery platforms. What a load of rubbish. Now i know the li ion batteries have feature so you cant put them under strain causing the cells to over heat but its ridiculous. As soon as you hit a knot or try sawing a thick piece of timber the feature cuts in and shuts off. Found it really really annoying. So much so that i went out, got new parts for my burnt out makita and reverted back to my trusty makita.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
