Great pressure washer, up to many jobs around the garden
I found this a very good pressure washer. Powerful, well designed for the purpose. I like the reeled hose facility and the variety of 5 nozzles included. The long pressure hose and the extra 18 meter auxiliary included hose are very handy for jobs all around the garden, making it easy to use for areas farther away or at height such as windows, gutters. The unit is a bit heavy but has large wheels to move about, and its weight helps not falling over due to motions of the hose whilst fully extended. The variety of included accessories is good. I particularly found the gutter/roof lance useful for cleaning conservatory gutters as they keep blocking after a year or so. High power pressure washer
A nice solid machine, heavier than expected, but, the extra components are a welcome addition, brushes etc,.However the lack of a decent instruction manual is a definite nuisance, it seems to assume you already know what to do to activate product, plus water inlet hose crosses over the water outlet pipe when connected, a minor quibble, but it seems counter intuitive, surely the pipe on the right hand side of the machine should fit right hand socket?.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cleaning made easy
After getting fed up with expensive machines that last only less than 50 hours of use, I decided to try something different. I ordered the Wilkes pressure washer as I'd had experience working with American made tools which are extremely robust and-last a lifetime. The pressurewasher arrived and I assembled the units tools and tried out everything including the gutter cleaner. Everything worked great. Stains on my Patio that have been there forever, vanished when attacking them with the high pressure fan nozzle ( not the highest pressure as there is a finer nozzle for higher). The only thing I don't like is the screwed connections which I think will be the first thing to get damaged. The rest of the unit seems fine and I'll wait and see how long it lasts. Best I've had up to now regarding power. Great quick disconnect fitting for interchanging nozzles. The high pressure hose is over 20 meters and I can leave everything in the garage while cleaning areas outside away from the pump noise.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent performance and functionality - highly recommended.
This is an exceptional and exceptionally well outfitted pressure washer. Numerous attachments for a wide variety of uses and applications; different nozzles for various cleaning severities; a built-in cleaner bottle for in-spray application of cleaning products; pockets, clips and hooks to keep all the various bits and pieces together, as well as a built-in reel for the high-pressure hose and mouldings to wind up the power cord. The front panel has the handy, well protected on-off switch, as well as rubber housings for the many nozzles to keep them in place and secure during transport and the hose connector is also handily at the front base. Wilks USA 155bar pressure washer - perfect!
Probably one of if not the best product in its category in the UK at present. I had a Karcher which was perfectly okay but a replacement would have been expensive and so I plumbed for this model at 155bar (working pressure) - beware the 262bar claim as this is for start up pressure only. Drawbacks - hefty even compared to a Karcher but along with the working pressure and the tools fitted it is a real winner and I have done a number of jobs on patios and gardens where people were over the moon at the cleansing power, beware on your car though as it will strip the paint if you use the wrong head. Powerfull Pressure Washer
Wow, what a great washer this is. I had already washed my patio, as I thought, but after using the 3800 from Wilks-USA I found it a great deal better. It is slightly heavy, so good, it has wheels. It came fast delivery and well packed. You do have to put some parts together before use. I found I could use some parts off the old washer which was a bonus not having to replace them. Under pressure!
Yes that's how I was trying to make up my mind if I should purchase. The Wilks clearly out performs my Karcher 3.86 in every aspect. Performance, quality, accessories and price. I too was nervous about buying an unknown brand but already I have had my monies worth of use. The pressure on certain setups is amazing and can cause serious injury if not used responsibly so take care it's not a toy! Compared to Karcher it's streets ahead, looks a million dollars too and with those sexy alloy wheels it compliments the trendiest of work shops. Yes it's heavy, but that means it won't just fall over the slightest tug on the hose. Yes the instructions are not the clearest to follow but they can be worked out with a little thought. The only critic I would have, it's not a toy! Do not allow children or other non trained persons to use when high pressure nozzles are fitted. Trust me it hurts!!!. Best pressure washer
Unpacked, plugged it it and washed my box trailer as planned. So good at it's job I then washed my car. Then my wife's car. Then the patio. Now I'm looking for stuff to wash. Great machine packing loads of power and a hose that allows me all over my property without moving the machine. It's satisfyingly heavy and feels solid. This is clearly a solid unit, built to last, tough sturdy wheels and unit casing with good metal attachments and plenty of hose extension for any job. Quality pressure washer
Washer received well packed. Lots of attachments, no need to buy anything else. Appears to be very well made with brass and alloy fittings. The addition of a built in hose reel was particularly good and worked well. The carrying handle and frame is strong and comfortable to use. The wheels needed to transport the unit are mounted on a decent spindle mounted through the base to support the considerable weight of the 2.5 kw motor and pump unit. Storage pockets are provided for the various attachments and a cable tidy provided at the rear to keep everything neat. Screw connections are provided for the various lances and appear to be very strong and positive in their action. There are 5 spray heads provided with various fan patterns which allow a varied coverage and intensity of spray, these are housed conveniently and securely in the front of the machine. On set up the unit needed an additional tap connector for the inlet which I already had (in brass). The water was connected and allowed to flow through the unit to prime the pump. After connecting the power and the lance and nozzle the supply unit was switched on and the sprayer operated with the trigger. The sprayer was found to be quieter than I had expected though very powerful. I tried it out on my block patio with both the fan head and the large patio cleaning head which was amazing, so easy to use. The water and debris was contained within the head and didn’t spray everywhere. The spray head consisted a brass spray bar with 2 angled spray jets which revolved in a swirling action virtually cutting out dirt and debris from between the brick paviors, moss and lichen had no chance. A good design innovation is the addition of a pressure cut out device that stops the motor when the trigger is released. Other attachments are provided such as brushes and a curved lance which will be useful for my rain water gutters and waste water digester maintenance. The rotary brush will be useful on my Discovery which gets very mucky in the winter. The extra length of hose provided is connected directly to the outlet on the base of the unit so bypassing the hose reel. A pressure washer is an essential piece of equipment for me as I live in the country. The Wilks pressure washer is a very powerful and well designed machine which should give many years of heavy duty use. The manual for the machine was just about adequate however and contained irrelevant references to the petrol version. The illustrations could have been clearer and overall more comprehensive but at least they weren’t written in Chenglish. The included plastic push on hose connection is not really required but a good brass tap connection is needed for the water inlet. I would also use silicone grease on all the hose connections to ease removal and fitting as dissimilar metals don’t like prolonged wetting. All in all a super machine which should give many years of hard service if the externals are anything to go by. I would have no hesitation in recommending this machine to anyone who are prepared to spend a little more for a quality sprayer with a lot more power than the usual.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
