It does as it says in the tin

I can't speak for it's quality but given it's made from diamond swarf and uranium deposits it must be good. That's why the container is a 600g size but they only sell it 1/3 full at 200g because let's be honest, the mfr would get criticized if customers really saw that the product would fit in the bottom of a cup.
