Don't Think It's Modem's Fault
Tried setting up for Charter Spectrum. Have TD-Link Router. This modem on Charter's acceptable list. No internet when hooked up to router. Hook it up to PC, Windows 10, and get internet but Charter's "Self Install" won't load. The Self Install loads on PC with Windows 7 and my Android Tablet. But put in Acct # and old modem info and Charter says can't acknowledge account. So don't know if it's Windows 10 (which screws everything up), my AntiVirus or Charter. When I have the time I might get Charter Support to help me. In the meantime their free modem is okay.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Modem For The Price
This is the entry level TP-Link Modem and is fully compatible with most major cable internet providers. Prior to ordering I verified its abillity to work with my network by checking the compatibility chart available onTP-Links website. While it is not compatible with the highest tier offered by my provider it does handle most tiers offered with its ability to handle up to 343mbps downlink and uplink of 143mbps. TP-Link is actually a really great brand of networking equipment and i have been using their prpducts since 2008 without any trouble and a lot of their routers are DD-WRT capable for those of you who are geeks at heart.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
