Absolutely not what I expected
If you are ok with stone hard honey, this may be your product. I tried many different types and this is the strangest of them all. It is literally rock hard! I struggle to dig a piece out of the bucket with the spoon. Surely can never be used as spread. I ended up warming it up to use in cooking or just add few bits to the tea. But something is not right. Truly a product of the highest quality. I am surprised by one of the reviews below- Londongenuine, if you've never seen a hard crystallised honey it means you've never seen a real honey. All those honeys from supermarkets that stay liquidy forever have been treated with high temperatures and lost all their beneficial properties, so they are basically just sugar. High quality honey crystallises pretty quickly, sometimes within a couple of weeks. Anyway, this one is good :) And the delivery was unbelievable.
