can't live without it
...and can't live with it. We're not dirty or careless but oven has ended up dirty and badly dented. External casing and tray are flimsy. Tried to buy additional/replacement shelve/tray but there are no 'spares' and ended up buying second exrenally damaged oven just to get these as they are a custom size. Numbers on minutes knob have worn and now guess times. Have to mentally adjust temperatures as those on knob are a rough guess. Not happy
When I removed the item from the box I noticed that the side panel had 2 big dents in it. The company must have known that was the case as the box and polystyrene were intact so it must have been damaged before it was put in the box yet they still wrapped it up in a plastic bag and polystyrene then put it in the box. The damage to the oven made fitting the grill rack to the bottom slots more challenging and you have to use a lot more force to get it in place. The item was sold as new and still in the box and it was advertised as 1 of 6 being dispatched. Once I contacted them they have sent out a replacement but I have had to go a lot longer without having an oven than I should have had to.

Mini oven
I bought this oven because I let my daughter borrow my one, guess how that ended. I live on my own and use it every day, when I moved into my home last year I bought a SMEG oven £850,have used it once!!! Mini oven bought as a temporary measure because main oven broken.
I love the oven but find it frustrating that there is only one tray...difficult to cook more than one thing at a time and I have not been able to find a spare one online.
