Made Great Pizza Dough
I used this product to make pizza dough in my food processor. The dough came out great! This product can be used as a substitute for fast-rising yeast by adding an additional 25% (i.e. if the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of FRY, use 1-1/4 teaspoons of this product). That's what I did for the pizza dough. This product must be dissolved in warm water first and must be refrigerated after opening.
