It is too long, found it too hard to control even to get it into the toilet bend before even trying to crank the handle. You probably have to be an experienced plumber to successfully use. Doesn't work for my toilets.
This looks like a well made piece of equipment. I tried using it on 2 toilets which are of different designs and it worked on neither of them. It seemed that it just kept going upwards thereby getting lodged into the uppermost part of the bowl by the cistern, rather than following the bends.
