I've had 2 buy a new 1 of these disc lock's as I lost mine last Saturday through bad luck! But I valued it that much I replaced it as quick as I could,4 the cost of these it's an absolute bargain I used the old lock around 4 years and I hadn't even renewed the batteries. The new lock seems 2 be even better and the cheapest way 2 alarm your bike the thought of being without 1 made it easy 2 replace the old lock.very much worth a try and it will help 2 protect your bike.

it lasted about a week!!, Rain water got into it and it stopped working! The water got into the lock section and it corroded the micro switch contacts. The lock section and the micro switch are not well made to keep the water out. Waste of money, see photos.... Last picture is of the corroded Micro Switch contacts under a microscope.

Unbelievable value for money and a superb added deterrent against any potential thief. Brilliant build quality, comes with spare batteries and a carry pouch, what more can I say. The motion sensor isn’t TOO sensitive so it’s not setting off the alarm in nothing more than a breeze, in fact we’ve had some pretty poor weather here in the past few weeks and gusty winds and it hasn’t set the alarm off. I’ve even had to rock the bike a few times to convince myself it’s still working, which of course it is. Honestly, buy one, you won’t be disappointed

I was sceptical what I was buying as I was looking for a deterrent to thieving my motorcycle. I didn't want to lug a big chain around and only park were I can secure the chain to something. So I liked the look of this and for that price I was willing to give it a try. I like the fact that to fit it it's just a push on the lock barrel to arm it. It's sturdy enough to make it difficult to remove it without setting the alarm off if you don't have the key. Even when I remove it with the key it gives me the warning buzzers. I am sure the pro thief would manage to remove it given time and the right place. I like it and would recommend it for anyone that wants a deterrent that can be fitted quickly when nipping into the shops and doesn't want to be looking for the nearest lamp post to use his 2mt chain.Read full review

Drawn on some funny faces on mine. And wrote "stealing is illegal" and "please don't steal my pride and joy" as last ditch efforts to reform the people trying to steal my motorbike. But hey, the lock seems great and strong, you'd need an angle grinder to get in it. Trust me though. If you've just spent £5000-40000 on a motorbike. This will be worth your while but should not be the only thing you get to lock your bike up... maybe get a second one for the front wheel too
