Just Amazing
Amazing vitamins, works well and makes me feel better and happier especially at winter. I've bought several boxes of it few times already (from different suppliers whoever got it cheapest). No side effects as vit. K2MK7 helping with calcium management (redistributing) and also makes bones and teeth stronger. Easy to swallow capsules. To maximize absorption you should take it with fatty food (eg coconut oil, thick slice of batter on bread, etc.) Fat free diet will significantly reduce vit. D absorption and it's very dangerous as we need fat and cholesterol !!!. If anyone fancy to louse weight then stop eat sugary food including wheat bread, rice, pasta and potatoes and eat everything else. It is good to take together all fat dissolved vitamins so find yourself vit. A + E and take it with it. I'm not a doctor and just used my knowledge. If you are unsure or just don't know please do your own research before taking any suplements. If you don't know where - just search in web for book: "Jerzy Zieba What your doctor won't tell you" or similar.
