Handy Ketone and Glucose Testing
I just started the Keto Diet and this tool has been awesome in helping me make sure that I am in the correct range for adapted ketosis. It will also check for blood glucose levels which was an additional bonus. The testing strips are pricey but E bay has some better deals where they are not as expensive as other places. Very happy with product
Been using my precision xtra for a few weeks now. Very satisfied with the kit besides the lancet. I feel that the lancet is made super cheap and It’s flimsy. The adjustment for how hard it pricks you is not accurate and some pricks hurt worse than others when it’s on the same setting. I have never used a lancet before so I have nothing to compare it to but it’s super cheap.

What was expected but...
As expected BUT all the paperwork that came in the box was in English EXCEPT the instruction manual which was in Spanish.. and that is the one part that I needed.. had to down load a manual which wasn't a big deal except it was 60 pages.
