Good value for money
For us, the fence does now do it's job as a dog containment device, but it took a lot of getting right mainly because of unclear sales literature. It is advertised for horse paddock fencing, but does say it is also suitable for dogs and other animals in the literature. It would probably be much easier to set up for horses on wet a grassy paddock, but if you are trying to set it up on hard, dry, ground, it will be a far more difficult job because of earthing problems. The unit is supplied with everything you need with the exception of an adequate earthing stake. The box contained a less than half metre stake and yet the instructions say the fence needs (and certainly does need to work well on dry ground) '3 x 1 metre stakes to be hammered fully into the ground'. Once up and running, the unit works well and is good value for money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great little energiser and comes with all the bits needed to get up and running straightaway. Nice compact size and has a solid feel to the build quality.
