Clippers Superb but the file...mmm
Bought this expecting German precision and quality. The set came in a nice pack. The nail clippers were superb and will be a much-welcomed addition to my grooming inventory. I then used the file to sand down the nails. Ok on small toes but on using on both big toes, the file surface had worn away to a shiny surface which I eventually could have used as a mirror! I reported this and though I’m waiting for a partial refund at time of reviewing, the company response was really positive and I’d happily buy from them again.
