Lightweight & easy to use. You know when it sings that you are doing it right!!!
I followed the advice of a chef on UTube. He explained exactly how to use this product to sharpen your bread knife or any serrated edge knife. I honestly chose this particular product because of the price, not too much to loose if it didn't work, so I was a little sceptical but willing to try, how wrong was I?????
