Helps with Pernicious Anemia symptoms between injection
I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia 3 years ago and in the UK doctors only give B12 injection every 3 months. I take B12 Jarrow every day also and take 2 a day when injection wears off which is after about 1 and a half months. Although I cannot digest B12 I use under tongue and I feel it keeps symptoms caused by lack of B12 at bay. Also and importantly they help me sleep. You can feel the difference immediately. Flavour is a bit powdery, and if getting it for an elderly relative I do recommend the patches as they were very effective too. However if you are just keeping it by your desk when at work or whatever, yes I can feel the difference on the days that I take it.
