Volume Stopped Working...
When they worked they were great. Unfortunately they magically stopped working right after the 6 month protection plan. Since the original box stated they have a 1 year manufacturer warranty, I contacted them. I was then informed that since the item was purchased off of eBay there was no warranty from them. The volume is set to the highest volume and can not be muted and the microphone is not working either. I can hear them.....
