Deep, mysterious, meaningful interesting characters.
I love this series! If you like "Lost" it's similar. May be confusing to some but contains some esoteric, deep, philosophies about Life, Death, and the confusion some feel when they are not yet aware of the reality of their circumstances/existance/or dimension in which they may be living. I adore the characters! It is very dark in some places, (and I believe a little too far, so I took one star off) but really emphasizes the "struggle" that can come with daily life, and shows the search for greater meaning in ordinary existance. Elements of "Atonement" are present for sure. I recommend this to anyone who ponders what may be part of a reality beyond physicality.
