Although one of Elaine's early books, I feel that it is especially useful for those who have become more confident with making sourdough bread and are ready for more experimentation with different recipes and flours
I came late to this title, having bought and used Elaine's more recent books, she really is the 'sourdough whisperer'.
Finally, a sourdough book that is easy to follow, and not full of jargon.
