A Truly Brilliant Resource for Creative Knitters.
This is a book that I wish had been written 50 years ago for me as I am now in my 70's and have knitted all my life , latterly trying to make up my own designs to put on templates of my own size. Now I find that this book is full of wonderful stitch patterns and Templates which I can't wait to use ! It wouldn't be for a beginner but certainly for an Intermediate knitter and upwards it will be a complete treasury of stitches to combine , mix and match and fashion into very individual pieces of work for all ages. The photographs of swatches of each design is clearly presented for the reader to use their individual creativity to produce stunning garments from the example of stitches shown in the book. A beautiful book, full of beautiful knitting stitches. Extremely well illustrated, with detailed pattern charts. Lovely detailed book with some really nice designs. Only wish it had written out details along with the symbol charts. I've not used symbol charts before but I think I am going to have to learn.
