Easy to understand the whole process of eating the Keto diet, with the added bonus of also being vegan. Liz Mcdonald obviously knows her subject really well and explains it in a way that a newbie to Keto, like myself, can understand.
There is a shopping list, that I found particularly helpful, and straightforward recipes that are nutritious and inspired.
The first couple of chapters on how a ketogenic diet works are very good ; however when it gets to what you eat on a vegan keto diet it went downhill. Less common ingredients that would be difficult to find, American measurements, uninspiring menus. It went to a charity organisation.
