Joints
The butt joint is very sloppy for a new rod. I have had to add a smear of glue at the base of the spigot to avoid movement. No doubt this will have to done on a regular basis to avoid movement when the rod is in use. Will most likely have the rod professionally built up in that area at my own cost.
