Excellent pizza pan
I'm very impressed with this pan, it's very heavy, a great size, the wooden tray is real bonus for protecting surfaces and presentation. I seasoned the pan first as I do all cast iron pans. If your are a lover of cast iron cook pots ,,these are brilliant ,,nothing sticks ,even heat distribution ,,they are ideally suited for use on a range cooker ie,,an aga or rayburn with the cast iron top but as happy on a gas hob . you can sear meat in the first and then place straight in the oven.
