Fits the bill, removed old concrete frame and cover and replaced it with the Clark Drain cover. Not too heavy, easy to bed down on a bed of mortar round the frame, the drain handle and seal screw down would be better if the arrangement was a quick release design for a cover fiting over rain water drain.otherwise no other comments.
