    I'm getting ready to ski again

    A knowledgeable friend in the industry has said that this is a great way to lose some weight, tone up and get ready for a return to skiing. The vibrations must surely emulate the constant movement you experience when you're on the piste. Even the very initial sessions brought about increased leg strength and steadiness on my feet. It will be a real asset, particularly when the weather doesn't lend itself to other forms of exercise. You should be able to do lots of little exercises in the home but this is one piece of gear that can't be replaced.

    Good for what it does.

    I bought it on behalf of a friend as he did not have an ebay account. He is pleased with the product the only problem with it the wrist remote control never worked from the get go so he has to operate it manually. A bit of a problem sometimes but he is happy enough with it.

    Big, Heavy, Highly Effective

    "Slim" doesn't mean compact. It is very big and heavy so bear that in mind - nearly 20kg so you may need help to unbox and move it. But it is a great product, high quality, and astonishing value as a return. Tatty box, that's it. After only a few sessions I can already tell my legs are strengthening and trapped nerves are easing.

    Good solid build,wrist remote is invaluable for making changes on the go. Deffinitely promotes use as it is so novel. Handles not really necessary for an effective workout.
