Very pleased with service and the quality of the crate for the money.... except just one thing lets it down. The drop-in hinge bolts are quite short which means just a little movement of the crate results in the hinges easily dropping out. We have had to cable tie them. Shame, as just this little thing lets down a great crate.

I bought this for my new chihuahua puppy. The first night I heard her crying but as it was her first night I expected it. In the morning I opened the lounge door to find her walking round the room. She had managed to get through the bars of the cage. I haven't been able to use it and it is now dismantled and put away. It would be alright for bigger dogs but not for the small breeds.

I'm using this product for a pregnant Chihuahua. Easily big enough to have a whelping box, puppy pad and food and water bowls in it, ideal with having other dogs to keep away from her. She is very content, feels safe and much less stressed as her due date approaches. The only thing i would change is the lip she has to jump over to enter and exit. This is quite a jump for a heavily pregnant small dog expecting 7-8 puppies. I would make this openable separately to the main door, so once the puppies arrive it can be raised again to keep them in. I recommend putting a cushion either side to aid small dogs. Otherwise a perfect 'pen' for our princess and her impending brood!

This is a strong crate that is an excellent control for our 3 month old Labrador puppy. It is beg enough for him to have his bed, food and a toilet area. He settles into it overnight and it’s high enough at the sides for him to stand up on his hind legs but not get out. It is robust enough that he doesn’t knock it over. I would recommend.
