Honeywell apartment alarm
Looks great, but the supplied instructions are terrible. It took hours of research looking for a usable manual online, but oddly; Honeywell did not support this model. I eventually found some hidden features of my alarm on YouTube that were not described on the product box or in the scant instruction leaflet supplied. How many more useful features does this model have? It's very slow to respond to key presses and the security tags don't work, unless I repeatedly swipe them over the alarm sensor. The supplied batteries are Duracell and I suggest changing them for a different brand as Duracell batteries have leaked for me in the past and ruined my equipment many times over and I don't recommend them to anyone. The undocumented "door/window alert" feature is too quiet and needs to be adjustable in either volume or sound. However this might be another undocumented feature that needs to be addressed. The unit is well made and easy to clean and looks modern fitted on the household wall. Please bring out a fully featured documentation book or a link to full instructions, as it took me hours of frustrated clicking of the keypad or key fob swiping, trying to silence the alarm.
