Great for fixed location in office.
For normal office use, I think it would be excellent. Unfortunately, I needed it for home use, so needed to fold it flat and store it under other furniture, or stand it on edge when not in use. It did not fold flat, it rocks from from front to back, at the lowest setting. It's shape, and not locking in one position, means that it is very difficult to stand on end without it falling over. Reluctantly, I returned it.

Foot rest
It moves side to side and keeps slipping backwards so no anti slip on it. It moves a lot more than l thought it would it’s not ridge. Does not stay in one place but comfy to use.
