A movie about miracles and how people just pass it off as coincidence or just a random occurrence. Also hits on the current theme of why people cross borders into other countries to seek a better life for their families. Surely , it can open your mind if not your heart at the very least.

An unsung masterpiece that manages to show the reality behind religious hype and facades.
A well-directed movie with too many engaging performances by "character actors" to list, full of humor and depth of feeling. The plot is involving, resolved with an elevation of humanity and spirituality-- and minimization of religion. All told, an unusual masterpiece out of Hollywood. Kudos to Salma Hayek, the director.
