After reading lots of reviews on the TomTom GO 620 and 6100, good and bad points, I went for the GO 620. Brilliant peace of kit, does exactly what I want it to, only issue, attaching the sat nav mount to the windscreen mount, tight as owt, easy to solve, leave them as one peace. Definitely worth considering, screen size great as well.

It would have been five stars if it recognised the memory card. Despite support from TomTom and following instructions closely it will not recognise the 8GB card meaning I must limit which maps can be loaded. Otherwise - a greta piece of kit from an operational viewpoint

You can’t beat a Tom Tom, I have tried other makes of satnavs but always go back to my Tom Tom. Love the 620 with its free for life downloads and large screen.
