A nice laptop for surfing, documents, and videos. Has an Android OS feeling.
Coming from WindowsOS i was looking forward to something fresh. It feels like an Android OS on a laptop. The physical form is fine. Nice big screen. Needs more RAM however. It chokes if I open too much. Battery life fine for YouTube and browsing. Havnt done much gaming on it. I expect some gaming apps to tank the battery while unplugged. ChromeOS is not as stable as I would like. Apps crash regularly and the adverts really affect productivity in a bad way. Yes I suppose i can pay to remove adverts, but consider you are using an OS where you have to pay a little money for every app you use to remove adverts. It all adds up. Not something you get with WIndowsOS. Customisation is more limited than I expected. Cant specify a wallpaper folder and how frequently it changes for example. This will never replace my gaming Windows Laptop, but it depends what you need it for.
