Disappointed with Lakeland
The twin paddles make the bread into two large lumps at each end with a dip in the middle! My previous bread maker that only had one paddle had lasted me a trusty 15 years before it gave up the ghost, but the bread was always even. I baked a gluten free loaf on the gluten setting and it came out to go straight in the bin. Do not follow the recipes that come with it - an ordinary loaf following their recipe also ended up in the bin, so in just over a week, 2 loaves in the bin, and 2 ok.
