My Mate Nomates...
I loved her collab with Sleaford Mods on “Mork & Mindy”, then heard a couple of tracks on 6Music... I was sold ! Better than I had anticipated, the tunes are a wonderful mix of electronica and no-wave inspirations, the lyrics totally shine... the arch commentary of “Hippy Elite” and knowing insights of “Modern Hart” are 100% onnit ! Fittingly it’s the deadpan vocal delivery that crowns this collection.... Can’t wait to see her live !
