Just like the factory original
It fits, and it works, but this is a well known weak point on these appliances, so could have been re-engineered to remove the problem. The wire used is too inflexible, so it cracks with repeated movement of the door, and eventually breaks. Wrapping the bundle with insulating tape doesn't work (that's how they come from the factory).A more flexible (and more expensive) cable would probably solve the problem, but until the design is changed, we'll just have to keep buying the replacements.
