Not a book i would of thought of reading [because of the title] unless i had seen it quoted so many times in other books. China Study sounds like it wouldn't be globally relevant and also sounds limited, but it is neither of these. I can say this is the most comprehensive study of health based on multiple studies worldwide and its conclusions are very interesting and are not based on the golden rule [those who have the gold make the rules] but based on conclusions from the equivalent of over 70 years of data and research. How the conclusions are made are also discussed at length in a logical and methodical way which is refreshingly open and honest. Fascinating read if your interested in being healthy!

I think this is the most important book I've ever read. The studies are extensive, over decades, and the evidence is there, yet this very potent knowledge is not being implemented into mainstream medicine and health advice.
