A must read for all parents
I'm one impatient guy and this book has helped me tremendously. Although I am only about 20 pages into the book, I am really happy to say that what I've learnt so far and practiced, has helped. My kids are so so much more loving and easier to understand. I can't wait to read more! My gf has got the audio book after me telling her about this and she has seen a major difference in her kids. Don't hesitate to buy this book. Especially if you want your kids to be closer to you!!

A must read for any behaviour
This has totally changed my way of thinking with my 2 to be 3 year old. Realising that his behaviour is a communication and being able to respond to the underlying need correctly (most of the time), without having to punish or raise my voice has really made our bond even stronger. I feel I have more confidence now and lots more patience. It’s made me look at myself more than my son. Aspects of my own upbringing and ideas. The change in him had to be the change in me.
