My first Ella book (I now have 3!) and the first book for my new life into being a Veganatarian! Great recipes that are easy to follow and not laborious. Results are fab too. You will need to get additional items to make them though, as most people won’t have Cacoa, Miso, Tamari and Nutritional Yeast in the cupboard. Once you do you’re all good to go. The chilli bean stew and mango salsa are a good place to start! Enjoy!

As a caterer being asked for more and more vegan meals I have found this book to be inspirational. A lot of the recipes are expensive though. I have found it relatively easy to tweak some of them. The herb and nut loaf I only used sunflower seeds because I didn't have any nuts and it worked beautifully. As someone looking for vegan recipes for my business this has proved very useful.
