A series of lectures by this eminent artist, each one dedicated to preparing his students in drawing from the Greek marbles at the British Museum. Lists all the important aspects of how one should approach drawing, with important references from many sources to support the student in their quest for a "realised" figure. Very readable as it is conveys his thoughts on drawing in a conversational style.
