Must have!
This is an exceptionally useful cook book. We have tried at least six recipes and they were easy peasy to make, seriously delicious to eat and took 5 minutes to wash up. Brilliant! Especially good was chicken with lemon and mayonnaise, all were just eaten with a good loaf of bread. Have bought several copies for Xmas presents. A very very good buy

What a fab book, it has fast become one of my favorite. Recipes are easy to follow and scale down if needed. However lots of things are great the next day for lunch so you may decide not to scale down! Plenty to get the children involved and interested. Minimal equipment needed and minimal washing up, which is always a bonus. Lots of ingredients are common additions to the recipes, so having them in the cupboard/fridge as a stand by is both cost and time effective. Plus it encourages you to try another recipe! Working my way through the recipes and trying different things as well as things I would normally eat but in a different way ( as she says, I will NEVER boil corn on the cob again!) ENJOY
